Fajita Tacos

One of my families go to meals is fajita tacos. Hard or soft tacos are easy and filling. There are so many things to eat in tacos.

These are seitan fajita tacos with cashew queso and guacamole.

  • Seitan seasoned with smoked paprika, garlic, sea salt and black pepper
  • Onions, squash, and peppers cooked in vegan butter with cumin, cayenne, and sea salt.
  • Homade guacamole with red onions, cilantro, avacado, tomato, lemon juice, cayenne, sea salt, and avacado oil.
  • Siete brand grain free hard taco shells
  • Siete brand cashew queso blanco
  • Tofutti sour cream

Additional add on ideas for your next taco night:

  • Grilled or deep fried mushrooms
  • Quinoa or brown rice seasoned for tacos
  • Black beans
  • Corn
  • Collard green, romaine, or lactino kale for a GF raw shell
For these tacos I used guac for the base…
added the sitan and grilled veggies….
and topped off with queso blanco or tofutti sour cream.
