Cold Noodle Salad

This recipe is short and sweet but it’s something easy to throw together for a tasty addition to your salads if you eat lots of greens like me. The heart and soul come from Tye’s Concious Kitchen Blog. His Alkaline “garlic” sauce is great for salad dressing and pasta dishes.

First go To Tye’s Garlic Inspired Recipe then after you make that come back here.

I used a box of garbanzo bean noodles and cooked according to the directions.

Next while the finished noodles sit in the colander draining rinse with cold water.

Chop 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 green onion and sprinkle in some sun dried tomatoes and and mix in about an 1/8 of a cup of the garlic inspired sauce into the noodles and allow to sit covered overnight in the fridge.

The next day I filled a large mixing bowl with greens and added avocados then mixed in half of the noddles and added another tablespoon of the Tye’s Garlic inspired sauce.

This recipe can me altered to add more vegetables or seasonings. If you like this recipe please give it a share.
